Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

BY ACCEPTING THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU ARE AGREEING TO RESOLVE ANY DISPUTE WITH US THROUGH BINDING ARBITRATION AND TO WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL. YOU MUST FIRST GIVE US AN OPPORTUNITY TO RESOLVE THE DISPUTE BY SENDING A WRITTEN DESCRIPTION OF YOUR CLAIM TO:

If we are unable to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days, then the dispute shall be resolved by mandatory and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”).

Unacceptable Use of Service

When using BonusData, you agree not to use the service for:

• Illegal, abusive, threatening or fraudulent purposes;
• Harassing, defamatory, or offensive behavior;
• Providing altered or false information about the origin of a message or call;
• Sending mass unsolicited messages or automated communications.

Service Agreements

Voice Credit Service

Rates may vary and are subject to change without prior notice. Calls are billed in increments of one minute. The Voice Credit balance becomes inactive after 6 months of inactivity.

Monthly Plan Service

Monthly plans are for residential, non-commercial use only. Subscriptions automatically renew every 30 days unless deactivated from your account.

Mobile Recharge Service

BonusData is responsible for collecting payments for orders. A processing fee of minimum $1 applies to each transaction. We are not responsible for mistyped recipient phone numbers.

Auto Top-up Service

Auto Top-up is an optional feature for recurring mobile recharges. By activating this, you authorize BonusData to charge you automatically based on the frequency chosen (7, 14, 28, or 30 days).

Travel eSIM

Customers are responsible for verifying device compatibility. Activation of the eSIM is the customer's responsibility. Data packages not activated within 30 days of purchase shall expire without refund.
